Pentru cei mai mul\u0163i dintre noi, cump\u0103na dintre ani, este o perioada de\u00a0bilan\u021b\u00a0pentru anul ce a trecut, dar\u00a0\u0219i\u00a0o perioad\u0103 de stabilire a\u00a0\u021belurilor\u00a0pentru anul\u00a0urm\u0103tor.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>&#8222;Sa faci\u00a0acela\u0219i\u00a0lucru\u00a0\u00een\u00a0mod repetat\u00a0\u0219i\u00a0sa te\u00a0a\u0219tep\u021bi\u00a0la rezultate diferite, este o dovad\u0103 de nebunie&#8221; zice Albert Einstein.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Asta\u00a0\u00eenseamna\u00a0ca\u00a0dac\u0103\u00a0dore\u0219ti\u00a0ca anul 2013 sa fie un an mai bun, trebuie sa\u00a0ac\u021bionezi\u00a0altfel\u00a0dec\u00e2t\u00a0ai\u00a0f\u0103cut-o anul trecut.<\/p>\n<p>Ce\u00a0po\u021bi\u00a0sa faci pentru a avea succes\u00a0\u00een\u00a020013? Iat\u0103 cei 3\u00a0pa\u0219i, pe care trebuie sa \u00eei urmezi:<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p><strong>Pasul 1.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Trebuie sa\u00a0i\u021bi\u00a0define\u0219ti\u00a0foarte clar cum vrei s\u0103 arate via\u0163a ta la\u00a0sf\u00e2r\u0219itul\u00a0anului.\u00a0Define\u0219te\u00a0\u021binte\u00a0clare pentru toate domeniile\u00a0vie\u021bii\u00a0tale:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Cum va fi\u00a0s\u0103n\u0103tatea\u00a0ta la\u00a0sf\u00e2r\u0219itul\u00a0anului. ? Vrei sa fi mai slab\/mai gras, mai tonic, mai atlet? \u00a0etc.<\/li>\n<li>Cum va fi latura \u00a0financiara\u00a0a\u00a0vie\u021bii\u00a0tale la\u00a0sf\u00e2r\u0219itul\u00a0anului? Vrei sa\u00a0c\u00e2\u0219tigi\u00a0mai multi bani, sa scapi de datorii? etc.<\/li>\n<li>Cum va fi latura\u00a0emo\u021bional\u0103\u00a0a\u00a0vie\u021bii\u00a0tale la\u00a0sf\u00e2r\u0219itul\u00a0anului? Ce\u00a0dore\u0219ti\u00a0sa\u00a0\u00eembun\u0103t\u0103\u021be\u0219ti\u00a0\u00een via\u0163a amoroasa?\u00a0Dore\u0219ti\u00a0o\u00a0rela\u021bie\u00a0noua,\u00a0dore\u0219ti\u00a0s\u0103 faci\u00a0\u00eembunat\u0103\u021biri\u00a0\u00een\u00a0reala\u0163ia actual\u0103?\u00a0etc.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em>\u00a0Ia o foaie de\u00a0h\u00e2rtie\u00a0\u0219i\u00a0continu\u0103 aceast\u0103 list\u0103 cu toate domeniile unde vrei sa ai o schimbare. F\u0103r\u0103 a avea \u0163elul bine definit, nu\u00a0po\u021bi\u00a0spera sa\u00a0\u00eembun\u0103t\u0103\u021be\u0219ti\u00a0ceva.\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Dac\u0103\u00a0\u00ee\u021bi\u00a0dore\u0219ti un an\u00a0senza\u021bional\u00a0 \u00ee\u021bi sugerez s\u0103 \u00ee\u021bi propui obiective senza\u021bionale.\u00a0Majoritatea oamenilor \u00ee\u0219i stabilesc obiective pornind de la ce cred c\u0103 e posibil, nu de la ce \u00ee\u0219i doresc cu adev\u0103rat. <em>Nu\u00a0c\u0103dea\u00a0\u00een\u00a0aceasta capcana!<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>Stabileste-\u0163i obiective m\u0103rete!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Dac\u0103 obiectivele nu s-au realizat\u00a0\u00een\u00a0totalitate \u00een timpul stabilit, nu abandona sau mic\u015fora obiectivul. Doar fa o reevaluare\u00a0\u0219i\u00a0m\u0103re\u0219te\u00a0durata pan\u0103 la atingerea \u0163elului.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Pasul 2<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Stabile\u0219te\u00a0m\u0103suri\u00a0\u0219i\u00a0cai de\u00a0ac\u021biune\u00a0<strong>clare,<\/strong> pentru a putea sa\u00a0i\u021bi\u00a0atingi obiectivele stabilite.<\/p>\n<p>Reia lista cu\u00a0\u021bintele\u00a0stabilite\u00a0\u0219i\u00a0\u00een\u00a0dreptul\u00a0fiec\u0103ruia,\u00a0scrie ce trebuie sa faci pentru a ajunge la rezultatul dorit.<\/p>\n<p><strong>De exemplu:<\/strong>\u00a0Vreau s\u0103\u00a0sl\u0103besc\u00a010 kg\u00a0\u0219i\u00a0sa am un corp armonios.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>cobor bicicleta din pod\u00a0\u0219i\u00a0stabilesc un program\u00a0s\u0103pt\u0103m\u00e2nal\u00a0de pedalat.<\/li>\n<li>\u00cenl\u0103tur\u00a0din\u00a0alimenta\u021bie\u00a0gr\u0103simile\u00a0\u0219i\u00a0dulciurile.<\/li>\n<li>\u00cemi\u00a0fac un abonament la sala de\u00a0for\u021ba\u00a0sau la bazinul de\u00a0\u00eenot.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Continua astfel cu toate domeniile pentru care\u00a0\u021bi-ai stabilit obiective pentru\u00a0sf\u00e2r\u0219itul\u00a0anului.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Pasul 3\u00a0<\/strong><strong>AC\u021aIONEAZ\u0102!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Dac\u0103 primii 2\u00a0pa\u0219i\u00a0sunt obligatorii pentru a spera la atingerea \u0163elurilor tale, pasul 3 este determinant. \u0162ine minte ca\u00a0oric\u00e2t\u00a0de\u00a0ambi\u021bioase\u00a0ar fi visurile tale\u00a0\u0219i\u00a0oric\u00e2t\u00a0de detaliat ai planificat realizarea lor,\u00a0dac\u0103\u00a0nu <strong>treci la\u00a0<\/strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><b>ac\u021biune<\/b><\/span>\u00a0, vor\u00a0r\u0103m\u00e2ne\u00a0doar\u00a0ni\u0219te\u00a0g\u00e2nduri\u00a0scrise pe o foaie de\u00a0h\u00e2rtie.<\/p>\n<p>Nu trebuie sa te sperie faptul ca nu\u00a0\u0219ti\u00a0acum tot ce trebuie sa faci pentru\u00a0ob\u021binerea\u00a0obiectivelor stabilite. E destul s\u0103 faci primul pas. Este la fel ca atunci\u00a0c\u00e2nd\u00a0urci noaptea pe o scar\u0103, cu o lanterna\u00a0\u00een\u00a0mana. Lanterna\u00a0lumineaz\u0103\u00a0doar primele trepte. Nu vezi scara\u00a0\u00een\u00a0\u00eentregime, dar\u00a0\u0219ti\u00a0ca la\u00a0cap\u0103tul\u00a0ei te\u00a0a\u0219teapt\u0103\u00a0recompensa, iar pe\u00a0m\u0103sura\u00a0ce\u00a0\u00eenaintezi\u00a0,\u00a0\u021bi\u00a0se va lumina\u00a0urm\u0103toarea\u00a0treapta.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ce\u021bi\u00a0doresc succes\u00a0\u00een\u00a0atingerea obiectivelor\u00a0m\u0103re\u021be\u00a0stabilite pentru 2013,\u00a0\u0219i\u00a0nu uita citatul lui LES BROWN:<\/p>\n<p><strong>&#8222;\u021ainte\u0219te\u00a0c\u0103tre\u00a0luna.
